The purpose of the PANCRETAN ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (PAA) is:
To promote and develop social ethnic and cultural relationships and mutuality among all Cretans and their descendants residing in the United States and Canada.
To promote throughout the world, and especially in the USA and Canada, a better and more comprehensive knowledge of Crete and its history and culture..
To preserve the rich Cretan culture in the USA and Canada by teaching our traditions to our young and by conducting cultural events that expose it to the public.
To promote education through scholarships.
To conduct charity and philanthropy
To inspire and encourage good citizenship.
To give moral encouragement and assistance to members when needed.
